A well-loved drinkware needs a tried and true cleaning routine. Take a swig for a long time with our guide to caring for your drinkware and accessories.
DRINKWARE
Does your drinkware have a silicone base? If so, it's dishwasher safe! Rinse cup and place on the top rack of your dishwasher. Remove slider piece and silicone ring from lid. Place in the utensil basket. Don't have a dishwasher? No problem! Hand wash with mild dish soap. Never use bleach or abrasive cleaners containing chlorine. Place upside down on drying rack or dry surface.
PUSH-SEAL LIDS
All of our lids and caps are top-rack dishwasher safe, and sliders are removable for easy cleaning.
How to Clean Your Slider Lid:
Flip your lid upside down on a soft surface, slider lid closed. Don't fret, whatever color slider you have, they all work the same! Using the blunt end of a spoon or other utensil, press firm to release. Hand wash or place in your dishwasher's utensil basket. When clean, place lid right side up on a soft surface and press the slider firmly into place.

Returns/Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit of unused/unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return/store credit please email crystalnrandi@outlook.com
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at crystalnrandi@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to our shipping warehouse until email confirmation and next steps have been confirmed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Shipping
Once you have return authorization (required for all returns/exchanges), you should mail your product to us via the address provided in our email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
